- Email address — when you sign up for the waitlist or create an account
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
- Name — optional, when provided during signup
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, time spent
- Device information — browser type, operating system, screen size
- IP address — for security and fraud prevention (partially stored)
What we do NOT collect
- ❌ Your broker API keys — these are stored on your device only, never on our servers
- ❌ Your trading account balance or position details
- ❌ Your social security number or government ID
- ❌ Your financial history beyond trade logs you create
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the QuantAI service
- To send you service updates and important notifications
- To process payments via Stripe
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. API Keys & Broker Data
🔑 Your broker API keys (Alpaca, Coinbase, Binance, Public.com) are stored exclusively on your device using your browser's local storage. They are never transmitted to or stored on QuantAI's servers. We have no ability to access your broker account directly — we only execute trades on your behalf when you actively run the bot.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic — AI signal generation (no personal data shared)
- Law enforcement — only when required by law
6. Data Retention
- Waitlist emails: retained until you unsubscribe
- Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription + 90 days
- Payment records: retained as required by law (7 years)
- Security logs: retained for 30 days
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
