1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantAI Bots ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

QuantAI Bots is an AI-powered automated trading software that:

Connects to your existing broker accounts via API keys you provide
Uses Claude AI to analyze market data and generate trading signals
Executes buy and sell orders on your behalf on your broker account
Provides portfolio tracking, trade history, and performance analytics

🔑 Important: QuantAI Bots is a software tool only. We are not a financial advisor, broker, investment manager, or fiduciary. We do not hold, manage, or have custody of your funds at any time.

3. Subscription & Payment

Pricing

QuantAI Pro: $49.00 USD per month
Billed monthly via Stripe
Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Cancellation

Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees
Access continues until end of current billing period
No refunds for partial months unless required by law

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of first subscription if the service has a technical issue preventing use
We do not refund based on trading performance or losses

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Automated trading involves significant financial risk. You acknowledge that:

• Trading can result in partial or total loss of invested capital
• AI signals are not financial advice and do not guarantee profits
• Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes
• QuantAI Bots is not liable for any trading losses you incur

Only use funds you can afford to lose entirely.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your API keys
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and your broker's terms of service
Not use the Service for market manipulation or illegal trading
Monitor your account and trading activity regularly
Immediately revoke API access if you suspect unauthorized use

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use QuantAI Bots to:

Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or front-running
Violate any applicable securities laws or regulations
Access accounts that are not yours
Reverse engineer or copy the Service
Resell or redistribute access to the Service
Circumvent any rate limits or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, and materials on quantaibots.com are owned by QuantAI Bots and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTAI BOTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any trading losses or financial damages
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Service interruptions or technical failures
Third-party broker failures or API outages
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for losses due to service downtime. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Fail to pay subscription fees
Abuse or misuse the Service

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will email subscribers about material changes.
