Demo mode simulates all trades without using real money. It's perfect for testing strategies and getting comfortable with the platform before going live. Alpaca also offers free paper trading — real market data, simulated execution.

QuantAI Pro costs $49/month, billed monthly via Stripe. There are no hidden fees, no setup fees, and no commissions on your trades. Cancel anytime.

Yes! Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or commitments.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription if a technical issue prevents you from using the service. We do not offer refunds based on trading performance or losses. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

Most algorithmic trading platforms charge $200-$6,500/month because they're built for institutional traders. QuantAI is built specifically for individual retail traders using modern AI (Claude by Anthropic) and efficient cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare). We pass those savings on to you.

Your money is always in your broker account. QuantAI cannot withdraw, transfer, or move your funds. We only use trade-only API permissions — we can buy and sell assets, but we have zero ability to withdraw money. You can revoke our access instantly by deleting your API key from your broker.

Your API keys are stored exclusively on your device (browser local storage). They are never sent to or stored on QuantAI's servers. Even we cannot see your API keys.

Every trade has a mandatory stop loss to limit downside. You can set the stop loss percentage in Settings. The bot also has daily trade limits and maximum position limits. You can stop the bot at any time by pressing the Stop button. We always recommend starting with small order sizes ($25) and demo mode before going live.

QuantAI uses Claude, Anthropic's AI model — one of the most advanced AI systems in the world. Claude analyzes real-time price data, market patterns, and news to generate trading signals with confidence scores.

QuantAI scans 15 markets: BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, AMZN, SPX, NDQ, DJI, GOLD, OIL, EUR/USD, GBP/USD. The assets available depend on your broker — Alpaca supports stocks + crypto, while Coinbase and Binance are crypto only.

The bot runs as long as your browser tab is open. For crypto markets (24/7), the bot trades around the clock. For stock markets, it only places trades during market hours. We recommend running it on a dedicated device or keeping the browser tab active.

Yes. All trading involves risk and you can lose money. The AI generates signals based on historical patterns and real-time data, but no system guarantees profits. Markets are unpredictable. Always use stop losses, start with small amounts, and never trade money you can't afford to lose.

QuantAI works on any device with a modern browser — iPhone (Safari), Android, Mac, Windows, iPad. No download required. It's optimized for iPhone Safari.

2. Navigate to Paper Trading (recommended to start)
3. Click "API Keys" in the dashboard
4. Generate a new API key and secret
5. Copy both into QuantAI Settings → Alpaca
6. Keep "Paper Mode" toggled ON until you're ready for live trading
